Out at the farm with Finn this afternoon I saw a flock of geese returning to their roost. Amazing to see how they all work together.

Art Prescription: I took a tiny corner out of a reject painting, about 1 inch by 3 inches, and painted a tiny landscape. Fun!

Art Prescription: When I walk in the woods I’m always aware of being a visitor among the natural world, especially for the nocturnal creatures.
