Art Prescription: And let’s remember each small thing. Lucky to have hot grits with butter, even if I did eat them standing up between patients. A bite here, ooh that’s hot, a bite there, more butter? What do elephants and grits have to do with one another? Hot grits…cute critter with flowers…TGIF y’all!

Art Prescription: So your neighbor has decked the halls and baked (home-made) a holiday cookie batch to sin for. Meanwhile you say the mantra “less is more, less is more.” And actually you are okay with that. You watch as the cardinal steals a sunflower seed from the nuthatch, and you sigh…life is good…life is really good.

Art Prescription: On the way home from the farm I always see deer grazing in the corn fields. My Open Studio is this weekend, so index cards are my go to art for now.
