She forgets where her keys are
And paints a fall scene.
Art Prescription: Life moves so fast, it all blends into one.
Fall collage, based on a real collage of elements last fall. Just felt like it.

Art Prescription: Perhaps our forebears were very smart. Do we pay attention to when we need to cleanse? End something, and begin anew?

Art Prescription: Sometimes you get caught between light and shade.

Art Prescription: I bought some art from a fellow artist last weekend, and she put my purchase in a bag with cool Asian design. Here I’ve up cycled the bag into a collage with pen and ink.

Milkweed beckons the monarchs
To lay fragile eggs.
Art Prescription: The forge to Mason Farm swollen with recent rain was not safe to pass. So my friend and I walked the side path. Saw a hummingbird, lots of songbirds, and one snake who really took his time crossing the path. Maybe a copperhead. See you fella. Go on about your way.
Started this art journal page with smears of leftover paint. Added collage and stamps.

She sits and wiggles to get
Her nest just perfect.
Art Prescription: Watching birds build nests in my own backyard. Finished my marigold from yesterday. Added colored pencil and graphite.
