Art Prescription: Art Prescription group today in my studio. Our project was to start a painting, and then paint over it, and over it again. The process of letting go what was there before. And then finally to cut that painting up into pieces and see what emerges…stories, tales.

Art Prescription: I’m off from my nursing job, and dreaming of vacation. Long beach walks, sea gulls laughing, salty breeze, palm trees rattling in the wind, and sunsets over the sea.
Bounce, jump, side-ways, purr
Run full speed for ten minutes
Then collapse asleep.
Art Prescription: Went to draw with a friend of mine who is hand-bottle feeding orphaned cats. Hard to draw a thing in constant motion…till it sleeps. Art journal page…Deep bow to my friend!!
