Art Prescription: Finished two murals today just in time for our neighborhood summer pool to open. New brightly colored towels and suits, kids splashing away, and pool-side watermelon. Yep, it’s summer.

Art Prescription: I rode Lacey today, a new mare at Blue Skies. Hot day for May, so after our ride we got to spray them off. They really liked that!! And just like a clean dog, Lacey trotted into the grassy meadow and proceeded to roll. Pretty cute!! Pen and ink and watercolor 5 x 7.

Art Prescription: I’m pet sitting. So I go over to visit with my coffee, and much to my own cat’s chagrin, I come home smelling of “mine.” My neighbor’s cat, who is cute as pie, is more interested in marking her ownership than eating. Interesting what one will do for love and acceptance.
