White winter wonder.
Art Prescription: Winter storm!!! Beautiful today, snow falling, building a blanket of white across everything. I’m working on a project with very specific Pantone colors. Mixing colors is a challenge and takes some understanding of warm and cool and saturation.
All the leaves are brown
And the sky is gray, dreaming
Such a winter day.

Art Prescription: Lovely day. Hiked about four miles and saw a Kinglet!! (future painting) Spent some time field sketching, then back to studio to add watercolor. This is a work in progress.

Art Prescription: I know…heavy. Seems Saturn has payed a visit. All good. A little self-reflection is a sign of growth. Hold on spring is coming.

Art Prescription: Set out to my studio to paint a colorful spring forest. Reality took over and I painted what I was feeling…really feeling.
