Think the heart matters
Life will tug at you in ways
And still you love, still.

And still you love, still.
A sign of Autumn
Leaves gently changing in hope
Of cooler weather.
So pleased to present the Art Prescription to a grief support group today. Introduced them to art journaling.
All my art spaces looked lived in.
Bits, pieces, and whole
The tide brings in all of life
Each day with sunrise.
Art Prescription: No matter where we are in life, the sun rises. We must face the day with our good times and in times of loss.
Time heals our losses, and hope moves us forward.
Art Journal:
Pursue happiness

To feel open heart.

Lotus, or sea rose
A symbol for purity

Arranged with love by a friend
To brighten my day.

People and things come and go
The circle of life.
