Art Prescription: Among the field of miniature art, there are Artist Trading Cards and Index Card Art. I’ve done a few Index Card pieces with the idea to share with others. Slip a little art into your partner’s lunch, or your kid’s…surprise a co-worker with some art for her desk, stick a little inspiration in the card to your mom…Everyone needs a little inspiration!

Art Prescription: I don’t have a “desk” at work, as I move from room to room. I do notice that there are regularly posted comics or inspirational quotes around those who do have a designated space. So I did a little index card art in honor of “desk art.” We all work hard…doesn’t hurt to have joyful reminders in our spaces!! Breathe!
