Art Prescription: Celebrating Independence Day weekend by hiking at Mason Farm Nature Preserve. Can’t think of anything more freeing than to roam around on open land watching nature and all her beauties.

Art Prescription: Sam and I found a new place to hike today. A wooded trail by a creek with wildflowers everywhere. Really magical. We meandered through pine and hard-wood forests and across open meadows.
Grasshoppers set sail

Art Prescription: Lots of flying grasshoppers today and dragonflies. Interesting behavior, dragonflies dipping their tails into puddles of water. They are laying eggs. Dragonflies dip and swoop, territorial action…flying bugs!
