Still have winter coat
Plus a layer of thick mud
How I cool myself!

Our expectations
Things we think reasonable
Will disappoint us.
Art Prescription:: life is full of expectations, from family, from business deals, from plain old you get what you pay for mentality. And then there is just pure fairness.
To brighten my day I did a little pattern painting:

Life gets myopic
We loose sight of the big view
And where we’re headed
Art Prescription: new art journal!

Bare branches reach out
Towards filling the Forrest green
Squirrels and woodpeckers.

Hi friends,
I’ve had a really busy week. My love Finn has an eye ulcer and has needed 3 times a day treatment.
He has been such a good boy tolerating this.
Here he is with a protective mask:

Spring is a big flirt
Turtles sun on big fat logs
And birds are on chase.

In the moment, sun
Warms my face, and I give in
To the fullness now.
Art Prescription : Horses live in the moment. A lesson for us always.

And then you wake up
Knowing you did the right thing
And all is well now.
Art Prescription: Each day we get offered choices. Choices to love and help.

Life, bits and pieces
Some fit together, others
Ask that you make change.
Art Prescription: Life is full of messages. If we pay attention our paths are a way out.
It gets confusing when the heart is involved.

New Journals coming together. Great place to vent!!
An Eastern Phoebe
Flashed her yellow undertone
As she dove to ground.
Art Prescription:! I set out with the sun on my back towards Mason Farm through the woods.
The forge is flooded. So I walked along the side road seeing Blue Birds and White Throated Sparrows.
