So here in NC we are expecting snow! Oh just torture me! I will need of course to go out and get my feet wet!
I really don’t like coats much, so my outings in my opinion need to be short and sweet.
Lucky for me I have a warm bed and I can pull my covers up over my head.

I’m having so much fun with the journal making class I’m taking. Learning all kinds of new things like making snippet rolls – scraps of paper and fabric sewn onto a strip for later use.
Sound of Flock
Just then the chirping
Sky filled with black birds in flight
A flutter of wings.
Art Prescription: I was in the woods when a flock of birds fluttered overhead. The sound of their wings was amazing!

Art Prescription: We are so lucky to have a wealth of hiking paths near our home.
Today we ventured on the “Elephant Rock Trail” that is part of the NC Botanical Garden trails.
