Playground in my mind
Wishes, dreams swing to and fro
Sleep on satin sheets.

Timely adjustment
Fall back, gain an hour, sleep!
Cats say “Dinner late!”
Art Prescription: I like fall back, gain an hour. My feline family says otherwise. Their little delicate schedules keep perfect time, and it’s definitely an hour later!!
Haiku October 2, 2012 Open Windows
Crickets and frogs sing
Through my open window now
As moon sweeps the sky!
Art Prescription: Going to sleep to the tune of the woods, a cool breeze crossing my sheets, and the harvest moon lighting the way, bliss! A very simple pleasure!
