Sam and I rode 20 miles on Tobacco Trail today in the steaming hot heat of June. What a peaceful place. At the end of our ride, a single deer leaped across the path. Nature always has some wisdom to impart to us. Animal medicine is an ancient tradition to be respected. Deer is a symbol of gentleness and safety. This brown eyed aware creature asks us to love with warmth and caring and to accept people where they are. Thank you.
