Woke at six, peeked through the blinds, streets white…no work today. A snow day! A good day to clean out closets, tidy up my desk,  clean out my in-box,  do something, you-know productive. So I quickly hit OFF on my alarm clock and several hours later woke in a stupor of warm blankets.

Two cups of coffee and now I’m off, to stare out the window and sigh. Well I’ll take a shower to “wake” me up and then I’ll…. (fill in the blank).

Did finally go walk my girlfriend Scout (my vicarious dog) and took in the winter wonderland beauty.

Art Prescription: Sometimes a day is just meant to be left alone. Time to drift and stare and sigh…and give your furry creatures some extra TLC. It’s cold out there and very, very warm in here!! sigh….
