Yes it is still hot out. Hovering around the 100’s now for days. But as I water my garden in the evening I do feel a hint of Autumn. It’s subtle. A change in the light…a change in the kind of bugs that are singing…a change in the breeze that lifts my wide-brim hat off my brow.

We will have many days left of humid heat. Lots of sunshine has been good for me this summer. More vitamin D!

Art Prescription: Spend some time outside and soak in the vitamin D.  Be at peace for some time watching nature change with the seasons.
