Floating downstream

Still singing.

I thought it the perfect meditation for the art prescription today!! Yesterday I sent off my craft book proposal  “Art Prescription: Expressive Painting Techniques for Wellness.” In a way I feel I’m floating downstream or upstream depending on your perspective, and I’m singing on the way. The next step will be to pitch my idea to a panel of experts in the publishing world in person.  It’s such a wonderful opportunity to network and get feedback, and I’m mostly looking forward to being inspired by the people I’m going to meet!!

Like this little wren bringing food to her baby, I am feeding my dreams and future.
