Cheers,

I am a nurse and an artist and part of my quest in life is to intertwine these passions. Art is healing. It boost the immune system, eases pain and depression by increasing good brain chemicals, and can be a way to release emotions.

I think that sounds exciting! I’ve been studying art and healing for many years. I do Art Prescription Workshops here in my home town Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. I’ve been working on this kit idea for a while. I imagine so many patients and families in need of art and poetry for healing…or to stay well!! Let’s stay in touch. Warmly, Beverly
