Art Prescription: We have all experienced labels. She’s this, he’s that. Then we try harder to be something! Something better? Peer pressure is so hard. What if we all could shine from the inside out? Then that stutter or weak leg wouldn’t matter, because all others could see was your glow.

Art Prescription: We ended our tour of the south shore of Nova Scotia in a cove with blue rocks. Picturesque is an understatement. Ice-cream in a renovated fish-shack filled with art! Yes I am coming home with a sweet watercolor framed in wood and lichen from the wharf.
