Art Prescription: I went to a nature journaling workshop today and one of the exercises was to write about hummingbirds. Fun to learn some new techniques for nature journaling.

Art Prescription: I love drawing quick pen and ink sketches of my cats! Keep a sketchbook handy and try capturing some moments of your day…a piece of fruit, a pet, birds at feeder, just keep your hand moving across the page! You can capture a lot with a few lines!
