Sunshine hits my face
In yoga, crosses my mat
Move to downward dog.
Art Prescription: Dear Earth Mother, Bless those who may be out in the cold tonight. My heat runneth over and I am eternally grateful.

Wind gusts rattle house
Wicked cold, blizzards up north
Dreaming of iris.
Art Prescription: Winter is kicking her heels up. I don’t mind actually. I like to get bundled up and take brisk walks.
Caught a falling seed
Held it for a while, the wind
Swept it off my palm.
Art Prescription: Just go with the flow…take it to the river.
I can see clearly
Through these rose colored glasses
And the scent…divine.
