Mirage, illusion
Who is there in the mirror?
Is that you? Myself?
Art Prescription: Do you ever time travel? Art journal…it’s a messy one…just where I am.
Winter mud blanket
A box of brushes leads to
A sweet posting trot!
Art Prescription: Pulling into the farm I thought, is that Doc? Yep, that’s Doc! The dirtiest horse in the paddock. And I loved grooming him and connecting with him before a ride. This time of touch and getting totally in these beings space before you ask them to wear a
saddle and hold you on their back, is prescious.
Expect clouds, get rain

Art Prescription: Science is learning about our brain’s ability to adapt and rewire. This phenomenon, known as neuroplasticity, suggests there are concrete and provable benefits to exercising the brain. Doing art exercises the brain. Positive thinking exercises the brain.
“How you spend your days, is how you spend your life.” Think about it!!
My steps and tree frogs
Miniature waterfalls
Only sounds in woods.
Art Prescription: It is too quiet in the woods for a March day. After another wintry weather day, the creek is full and there is a steady drip-drop off the trees. Wet, cold, misty…why would anyone be out bird-watching!! I scan the trees for owls!! Saw a hawk and a cute little Kinglet.
Farmer fresh produce
Feed family organic
Fruit, vegetables.
Art Prescription: We are so fortunate to have lots of organic farmers in our area. And three local farmer’s markets that make shopping local convenient and fun, including LoMo Market which travels around the triangle delivery fresh goods on wheels!!
