So, the birds planted these lovely sunflowers right on the path to my studio. It started as two tiny leaves. I hoped the deer would spare it. It grew and grew, and I waited with anticipation for the day it began to bloom.
That day I got my palette knife out and went to town painting with my big floppy hat and pink flip-flops right there in the middle of my trail.
Taking a brush to this canvas just would not do. The entire painting was done with a palette knife and lots of paint!
