Art Prescription: My moment of cute today was meeting two pups in my neighborhood. And boy were they excited to see each other. One black, one white, and a tangle of fur and leashes ensued. Both panting and going back for more.

Sometimes giving myself a few minutes to sketch is freeing. I had an art teacher who would say draw something in 5 minutes, then draw it again in 10 minutes, then 15…Anyways I’ve always loved seeing other people’s gestural sketches.
I tried that exercise once and it’s super fun. I like the line work you get from a faster sketch. It’s so expressive!
