Art Prescription: I remember going to my grandmother’s and there being a huge quilt in progress taking up the whole living area. She and her sister worked on this by hand, stitch by stitch. I’m the lucky owner of some of these heirloom quilts. They are works of art.

How do you do it????
Hi Laura. I painted with watercolor on watercolor paper. I drew the fern on an index card. Then I sewed edges with my sewing machine. I’m definitely experimenting!!
Thanks for the explanation, but I meant how do you come up with endless beautiful ideas lol! Still appreciate knowing what you did to make this one. I’m still stuck on your blue circles from Christmas. :))
