Today I explored making a hand bound tiny journal. I started with some up-cycled art (aka pieces that didn’t inspire), and made a tiny 10 page journal.
I decided to add wildflowers…
Oh yes!! This was fun!

What fun, Beverly. I love making art books.
Maybe I’ll try it with some nicer paper. Wasn’t sure how to bind, winged it with a hole punch and jute.
I’ve been practicing the Japanese stitched binding and folded books.
I like making my own art journals too. I haven’t made one in awhile but you inspire me to make another one! I like the small size of your journal. I have used waxed linen thread in the past and it works well. Good idea to add flowers to your journal! 🌷🌷🌷
