Hi Bev Low level amorphous anxiety; watching too much news. I find I’m getting upset much more easily—particularly at my husband (surprise!). I have my grand dog to keep me company and make me get out and walk. Need to do more yoga and meditation . I’m finding that the day slips by and its 4pm and I haven’t done anything; even tv or reading. You have Finn and your art; I envy you that!

Madeline, do you have some art supplies? How about pulling something out and doodling or collage or just swipe color on a paper. My art is definitely a go to therapy to try and find some peace. Take care!
ps. I posted a how to video on the leaf printing on instagram/facebook – check it out and try it. All you need are leaves, paint, and paper.
I love to see you enjoying a simple pleasure. The first two weeks of all this were a bit difficult for me, and I’ve had a moment here and there that were a tad glum, but basically all is well. Seeing how some people have lost jobs, can’t pay bills, have the virus, etc. makes me remember that I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I try to find little pockets of joy whenever possible, and being creative helps. Stay well!
Doing fine, thank you.
We’ll keep calm and carry on.
These days, too, shall pass.
Finding gratitude in many ways…
Much to be thankful for.

I think we all are feeling glum at times. I hope your art brings you some peace!
