Life is like a river, constantly moving and changing, going with the flow. Birds seem better than us at knowing who they want to fly with. For them it’s simple. It’s mutual support.

Art prescription: As I went about feeding the horses this morning, I found other creatures sharing the land. A spider who lives on the fencing, lots of birds, and grasshoppers, a couple of deer crackling through the woods. And this little hose-house resident.
