Art prescription: As I went about feeding the horses this morning, I found other creatures sharing the land. A spider who lives on the fencing, lots of birds, and grasshoppers, a couple of deer crackling through the woods. And this little hose-house resident.

Roadside Color August 28, 2015
Sweet gums are the first
Splashes of yellow appear
Leaves begin to change.
Art Prescription: Driving home from the farm today I began to notice a few patches of yellow here and there. In our yard it is the sweet gum trees that are the first to start changing color and dropping their leaves. The cooler mornings are a sure sign that fall is here.
