Art Prescription: How can we measure such fleeting beauty?

Art Prescription: it’s really hard to turn our brains off at night. Mantras, prayers, and deep breathing can sometimes not remedy sleeplessness. We toss and turn, rolling over options, bargains, denial. And yet the sun comes up facing us with another day of how to live.
